1. Information Which We Collect
You will provide us information about yourself, your firm or company, and your practices when you register to be a member, register for certain services, register for email newsletters and alerts, or purchase items through our site. You may also provide additional comments on how you see us servicing your needs and interests. If you choose to correspond with us through email, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address and our responses.
Our primary purpose in collecting personal information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient and safer customised user experience. This allows us to provide services and features which are most likely to serve your needs and customise our services to make your experiences safer and easier. We only collect personal information about you that we consider necessary for this purpose and to achieve this goal. We use data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages on our site. “Cookies” are small files placed on your hard drive that assist us in providing customised services. We also use “cookies” to allow you to enter your password less frequently during a session. We also offer certain features that are only available through the use of a “cookie”.

We use personal information about you, including but not limited to the information in the file we maintain about you, other information we obtain from your current and past activities on our website to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and help ensure safe access to our website. You agree that we may use personal information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse site usage, to improve our content and produce offerings and customise our site’s content, layout and services. These uses improve our site and better tailor it to meet your needs so as to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safer and customised experience whilst utilising our services.
We may enter into alliances, partnerships or other business arrangements with third parties who may be given access to personal information (including, but not limited to, your email address) for the purpose of providing you information regarding products and services that we think will be of interest to you, unless you opt out of receiving such communications. In connection with alliances, partnerships or arrangements, we may also provide certain information to third parties if we have determined that the information will be used in a responsible manner by a responsible third party. For example, some of our partners operate stores or provide services on our site. We also use third parties to facilitate our business, including, but not limited to, sending email and processing credit card payments. As we develop our business, we may buy or sell assets or business offerings. Customer, email, and visitor information is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. Although we adhere to industry standard practices to protect your personal information, due to technical limitations we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in other ways not described in this Policy. For example, without limiting the foregoing, we may be forced to disclose information to the government or all third parties under certain circumstances (such as a legal request, Subpoena or Notice of Non-Party Disclosure) or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we cannot and do not guarantee and you should not expect that your personal information or private communications will remain always private.
4. Other Information Collectors
Your information is stored on hosted server located in the ROI. We use industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. However, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet.
All credit card transactions are processed using 128 bit SSL encryption.
Warranty and Return Policies
We guarantee all products we sell (except those specifically excluded) to be free from manufacturing defect for 30 days from the day you receive your order. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. The 30 days warranty period does not extend after the first day of delivery.
Products that have been abused, misused or modified, are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty does not cover the following:
- Alteration or modification of the product
- Disassembly by unauthorized service personnel
- Introduction of any foreign matter to the outer and inner components
- Unreasonable misuse, mishandle or abuse of the product
- Failure to provide proper care
- The incorrect method of maintenance, which includes usage of petroleum based solvents and/or lubricants
- Lack of compliance with instructions from the owner's manual
- Product soaked in water, rusted, corroded, or painted
- Usage of improper size, type, or weight of BB's or reuse of BB's
- Removal or cover up of the orange safety tip.
- Original, used and surplus items
The Army Shop reserves the right to determine what constitutes as unreasonable or excessive wear and tear or use.
Absolutely no returns unless pre-authorized by The Army Shop.
Returns are accepted for product with a manufacturing defect (please see warranty information above for details). If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the warranty period, please immediately send an e-mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information:
- Order number
- Order date
- E-mail address
- Product number
- Brief description of the problem
- Daytime phone number
- Evening time phone number
We will do our best to resolve the problem; if we cannot, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions via e-mail. Please send the defective product back to us according to the instruction provided. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. The return authorization number must be included next to your return mailing address on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted for delivery. A copy of the original purchase receipt must accompany the return.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise and verification of the defect, we will either repair it or send you a brand new replacement product, or if this is not possible, and at our sole discretion, refund your money.
We will accept returns of unused, non-defective product if the return is requested within three days of delivery. All returned products must be in "brand new", unfired condition in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories. Any damaged or missing items may result in a delay or full/partial forfeiture of the refund. There is a 15% restocking or/ and 10% refunds fee for all non-defective returned items/ cancelling the orders and you are responsible for shipping and handling costs to and from The Army Shop. To return non-defective product, e-mail us at email@example.com and include the following information:

- Order date
- E-mail address
- Product number
- Reason for return
We will issue you a return authorization number via e-mail when your request is approved. Please send the product back to us according to the instructions provided and with the return authorization number on the outside mailing label. A copy of the original purchase receipt must accompany the return.
Important: No returns on used items ( sections named Original...) sold at all and any new item returned MUST be in an unfired, unused condition with all contents and original packing. Any deviation from these requirements will render the product(s) unreturnable.
