Orders, payment, shipping procedure and policy

Orders are made by ordering items in our e-shop with proceeding to checkout and filling out the form with your name, delivery address, e-mail address and phone number. To ensure you get correct size by ordering from section Originals, please provide us in the form in the column Comments with your size of vaist by trousers and with measurements of chest and neck by blouses, shirts and jackets. You can put also another type of message e.g. preffered time and date of delivery, questions, preffered form to contact yourself, preffered time to contact you, choice of the shipping company etc...

After sending of order you should get confirmation e-mail within 10 minutes time.  We accept payments by Paypal account, Bank transfer and credit(debit) cards – VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVERY etc.. The choice is yours.

We are shipping immediately after completing your order if we have your ordered items in stock. If we don't have those items in stock the delivery time is extended to time which is always displayed in section e-shop.  We are shipping currently through our partners:

1. Courier delivery - Next day delivery. We are charging 9.90 eur for Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland ( including insurance ) up to 30 kg.
   
2. Irish Post - Our team will contact you with quotation regards weight of your order and time and date of delivery.
   

FREE delivery within Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and UK for orders more than € 150.- .

FREE delivery for the rest of European Union for orders more than € 500.- .

Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. We reserve the right to require voice confirmation on any order. This is to guard against fraudulent use of your credit card and purchases by minors. Credit card fraud is a serious crime, and we cooperate fully with law enforcement in prosecuting such offenses. All IP addresses are logged for this purpose and we report all fraudulent or otherwise illegal activities.

E-mail confirming your order and providing a GLS tracking number or in case of Irish Post with approximate date and time of delivery will be sent to you when your order ships.

All parcels are fully insured.

Armyshop.ie is not taking any liability for damaged or lost parcels after handling your parceled order to shipper. We are shipping fully closed and undamaged parcels to shipping companies.
